  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 pounds ripe tomatoes, halved

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the halved tomatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
